Colson Baker (or Machine Gun Kelly) is well-known for his unique way of singing. Baker was moved to Denver with his father and stayed for a while. Others in the community bullied Baker for being poor. He started listening to rap when he was in the sixth the sixth grade. Baker has released four mixtapes over the years between 2007-2010 prior signing with Bad Boy Records. Then in the latter half of 2011, the Cleveland artist became famous after he transitioned from self-releasing his mixtapes and then signing with reputable labels. The popularity of this Cleveland rapper took off after he released his first mixtape, which was released in the latter part of 2011.
